Centrum terorismu a hybridních hrozeb (CTHH) Ministerstva vnitra ČR (MV) je patrně nelegální tajnou službou. V prosinci 2016 ministr totality Míla Chovanec do médií prohlásil, že provoz CTHH bude zcela transparentní. Není tomu tak.
